Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Incorrect items received
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized / personalized / bulk corporate orders
  • Used or altered products

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement Option

  • We may offer a replacement instead of refund, depending on the situation.

Important Note

Due to the nature of scented products, minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance intensity are not considered defects.
