Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized / personalized / bulk corporate orders
- Used or altered products
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Replacement Option
- We may offer a replacement instead of refund, depending on the situation.
Important Note
Due to the nature of scented products, minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance intensity are not considered defects.
